Gmail Cold Email Sequence with Google Sheets Tracking & Slack Notifications

This n8n workflow automates a 3-step email sequence for lead generation, complete with follow-ups and reply detection. It uses a Google Sheet to manage your contacts and track the status of each email.

What it does

• Automated Email Sequencing: Sends a series of three emails to a list of contacts from a Google Sheet.
• Reply Detection: Checks for replies to your emails and stops the sequence for that contact if a reply is received.
• Status Tracking: Updates the Google Sheet to show which emails have been sent and whether a contact has replied.
• Slack Notifications: Sends notifications to a Slack channel to keep you updated on the workflow's progress.
• Scheduling: The workflow is triggered on a schedule, which you can customize.
• Timezone and Multi-account Support: Includes nodes to handle sending emails from multiple accounts and in different timezones.

How to set it up

1. Google Sheet:

   • Customize the email subject and body in each "Gmail" node.

3. Slack:

   • In the "Slack" nodes, select your Slack account and the channel where you want to receive notifications.

4. Scheduling:

   • Adjust the "Schedule Trigger" nodes to set the timing for your email sequences.

5. Activate the workflow:

   • Once you have configured the nodes, activate the workflow to start the automation.
