📈 Logs the sale to a Google Sheet for tracking
📲 Sends a Telegram approval message to notify you
💌 (Optional) Sends a Gmail thank-you email to the buyer

- Create Gumroad API and connect the trigger node
- Authenticate with Google Sheets to store each client
